仕組み
ボックスの位置調整
VarioClipの投入口で、ボックス（または製品キャリア）が中央に配置され、その位置が確保されます。この段階で、オプションとしてボックスの重さがチェックされます。重さが基準に満たないボックスは、エラーコンベアに排出されます。
Box positioning
At the infeed of the VarioFold the box (or your product carrier) is centered to ensure its position. Optionally the weight of the box is checked in this step. Rejected boxes are ejected onto an error conveyor.
箱の持ち上げ
ボックスはクリッピングユニットに向けて持ち上げられます。ここで、2つのバキュームカップがボックスの短辺をつかみ、袋を引き上げます。
Box lifting
The box is lifted towards the folding unit. Here two vacuum cups pick up the bag on the short sides of the box.
袋折り
ボックスは下方に移動し、袋がボックスのフラップから解放されます。2つの袋を広げるアームが袋に配置され、袋が広げられます。2本の折り畳みバーが、袋を長辺に沿って内側に折りたたむ役割を果たします。袋の短辺が折りたたまれ、ボックスのフラップが内側に折りたたまれてボックスが閉じられます。
Bag folding
The box is now moved downwards to release the bag from the box flaps. Two spreading fingers are placed in the bag and the bag is spread. The two folding bars ensure that the bag is folded inwards over the long side. The short sides of the bag will be folded while the box flaps are folded inwards for box closing.
